Founded in 2013, Casserole Kréole is a Creole cuisine, inspired by Haitian traditions.
It's a cuisine of fusion, history, and culture, where each dish tells the story of diverse influences. A heritage of traditions from the Caribbean and beyond, woven together into a rich, soulful and flavourful experience.
Each dish tells a story of recipes passed down, techniques learned, and a culture shared around a table. We prepare a generous cuisine, rooted in authenticity, where spices, marinades, and cooking methods are given the time to reveal their full depth.
